About Crossroads
Crossroads UMC Sunday morning worship begins at 9:30AM, but we suggest
coming a little early as, beginning at 9:15AM, the Praise Team leads the
congregation in fifteen minutes of sometimes quiet, sometimes upbeat worship
music all aimed at preparing the hearts (and clearing the minds!) of the people
so all are able to focus on that which is truly important - God.

At Crossroads, our worship “style” is blended - meaning that our music combines
the beauty and amazing lyrics of classical hymns with the joy, hope, and energy of
contemporary Christian worship and praise songs.  Similarly, our liturgy can range
from centuries old prayers and creeds to modern dramatic interpretation of
scripture.

Our prayer time is uniquely Crossroads as everyone in the church joins hands and
lifts the concerns of the congregation, the community, and the world up to the
Lord.  A visitor to our church should find that every aspect of our service, and
particularly the message, is grounded in scripture proclaiming the glory and love of
the Father, the redemptive power of Jesus’ death for us on the cross, and the work
of the Holy Spirit in us.

We invite and encourage you to experience the love of Christ with us this
Sunday
at 9:15 AM
.

Mission Statement
Offering Christ to all who seek a personal relationship with Him.

We believe in the saving act of Jesus on the cross and want nothing more than to
introduce others to our Friend and our Redeemer.

Vision Statement
Receivers of miracles, bold witnesses to the power of the Holy Spirit.

We at Crossroads have been richly blessed.  Our desire is to share these
blessings with everyone we meet.  You may be asking yourself “What does it mean
to be bold witnesses?”   That is a question that we at Crossroads have been
examining and praying about for some time.  Our definition of a bold witness is a
believer who is not ashamed of the Good News of Jesus Christ and is willing (and
equipped) to share it.
